20-羟基蜕皮酮对银盾革蜱若虫蜕化期和存活作用的研究

【摘要】 在银盾革蜱若虫发育的不同时期:饱血后2d(2-pE组)、6d(6-PE组)和12d(12-PE组)局部施用20-羟基蜕皮酮,剂量分别为1、5、10、20和40μg。结果表明处理时间(T)和施用剂量(D)对若虫蜕化期和存活有显著影响,双因素方差分析,T:df=2,F=73.79,P=0.000;D:df=6,F=30.97,P=0.000。单因素方差分析,剂量大于10μg缩短了若虫蜕化期(差异极显著),1μg、5μg也有此效应(差异显著)。6-PE组效果最明显,与2-PE组、12-PE组差异极显著。20-羟基蜕皮酮对若虫有致死作用,蜕皮前死亡和蜕皮后死亡与施用剂量和时间有关,剂量大于10μg时,所有实验组死亡率均为100%。P<0.01表4施用剂量(20-E)对若虫蜕化期的影响(One-wayANOVA)Tab.3Effectsofdosage(20-E)onnymphalmoultingperiod(One-wayANOVA):P<0.01:*:P<0.05对照Ⅰ─未处理;对照Ⅱ─乙醇处理ControlⅠ─Untreated;Cotrol Ⅱ─Ethanol图12-PE组若虫在不同剂量处理下的死亡率Fig.?

【Abstract】 During various development period: 2 days postengorgement (2-PE group), 6 days postengorgement (6-PE group) and 12 days postengorgement (12-PE group), the nymphs of Dermacentor niveus Neumann were topically applied exogenous 20-hydroxyecdysone with doses of 1,5,10, 20 and 40μg respectively. The results indicated that the time of treatment(T)and the dose applied (D)have significant effects on nymphal moulting period and viability, One-way ANOVA analysis showed that 10, 20 and 40μg significantly shortened nymphal moulting period and 1μg, 5μg shortened it also,Nymphs of 6-PE group were more sensitive than that of 2-PE and 12-PE groups.20-hydroxyecdysone also has lethal effects on nymphs. Pre-and post-moulting mortality correlated withapplication doses and the time of treatment. The total mortality in all groups were 100% while the dose was more than 10μg.
