【摘要】 研究了中国对虾饵料中维生素Ｂ１的适宜含量。当１００ｇ饵料含６０ｍｇＶ（Ｂ１）时，中国对虾增长率和存活率最高；Ｖ（Ｂ１）缺乏或过量，都影响对虾的生长和存活，Ｖ（Ｂ１）在对虾组织中的含量随饵料中Ｖ（Ｂｌ）含量的增加而增加，以６ｍｇＶ（Ｂ１）／１００ｇ饵料最高；如过量其含量反而降低。Ｖ（Ｂ１）可影响对虾肝胰脏α－淀粉酶的活性，当１００ｇ饵料含６ｍｇＶ（Ｂ１）时，这种酶活性最高，对虾生长也最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the effect of vitamin B1 omn prawn’s growth and the activity of amylase. The results showed that the optimum requirement of vitamin B1 for the prawn of 4.9￣7.8cm inlength and 1. 5￣6. 0g in weight was 6 mg in the diet of 100g,which could gain the highest glowingrate and survival rate of the prawn.If the content of vitamin B1 was lower or higher than 6 mg in 100g of diet, it would effect both on growing rate and survival rate. The content ofvitamin B1 in theprawn’s tissue increased along with increasing the content of vitamin B1 in the diet,but it would be rersed when the vitamin B1 content exceeded the optimum requirement.更多还原
