【摘要】 集胞菌的采集与分离培养是获得该菌的唯一途径．为了获得数量多、种类丰富的集胞菌，作者进行了多种基物的收集、森林内不同深度土样的采集、培养基比较和细菌饲料的选择等方面的初步研究。试验结果表明：集胞菌存在普遍，基物资源丰富．在土壤中以表土和１ｃｍ深处居多。在燕麦片培养基上产孢快，数量大。对饲料细菌选择结果除大肠杆菌外，黄单胞杆菌、假单胞杆菌同样也可以做为饲料。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Research results showed that cellular slime moulds mainly distributed in forest soils from surface to 1 cm below and it was on the oaten medium that their sporulation more and quicker.Escherichia coli as a fed bacterium was the most effective to cellular slime moulds experimented, and Xanthomonas oryzae and pseudomonas solanacearum were also well adepted for feeding cellular slime moulds.更多还原
