Pd/Al2O3催化剂及其对棉籽油催化加氢研究

【摘要】 研究了常温常压下棉籽油加氢催化剂Pd/Al2O3的制备条件、催化活性及动力学方程.实验表明,这种Pd/Al2O3催化剂具有良好的催化活性和选择性.在多种影响催化剂活性的因素中,浸清液的pH值有突出的重要性,当pH=4.5和pH=5.0时,Pd/Al2O3表现出最低和最高活性.在实验条件下,Pd/Al2O3催化棉籽油加氢的动力学方程为V=-d(IV)/dt=k(IV).反应的表观活化能为21.55kJ·mol-1.

【Abstract】 The preparation conditions, catalytic activity of Pd/Al2O3 and the kineticof hydrogenation of cottonseed oil catalyzed by Pd/Al2O3 have been investigated. Itwas shown experimently that the PH of the impregnation solution is very importantin the effects of the catalytic activity of Pd/Al2O3 catalysts with pH=4. 5 and pH=5. 0 corresponding the minimum and maximum of the catalytic activity respectively.In addition, the kinetic equation was established as V=-d(IV)/dt=k (IV) and theactivation energy E was 21. 55 kJ. mol-1 at the experimental conditions.
