【摘要】 研究了常温常压下棉籽油加氢催化剂Ｐｄ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３的制备条件、催化活性及动力学方程．实验表明，这种Ｐｄ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３催化剂具有良好的催化活性和选择性．在多种影响催化剂活性的因素中，浸清液的ｐＨ值有突出的重要性，当ｐＨ＝４．５和ｐＨ＝５．０时，Ｐｄ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３表现出最低和最高活性．在实验条件下，Ｐｄ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３催化棉籽油加氢的动力学方程为Ｖ＝－ｄ（ＩＶ）／ｄｔ＝ｋ（ＩＶ）．反应的表观活化能为２１．５５ｋＪ·ｍｏｌ－１．更多还原

【Abstract】 The preparation conditions, catalytic activity of Pd/Al2O3 and the kineticof hydrogenation of cottonseed oil catalyzed by Pd/Al2O3 have been investigated. Itwas shown experimently that the PH of the impregnation solution is very importantin the effects of the catalytic activity of Pd/Al2O3 catalysts with pH=4. 5 and pH=5. 0 corresponding the minimum and maximum of the catalytic activity respectively.In addition, the kinetic equation was established as V=-d(IV)/dt=k (IV) and theactivation energy E was 21. 55 kJ. mol-1 at the experimental conditions.更多还原
