二氧化钛超微粉末的热分析及结构转变
The Thermal Analysis and Structure Transformation of TiO2 Ultrafine Powders
【摘要】 本文通过热分析(TG-DTA) 研究了非极性溶剂中sol-gel法制备的二氧化钛超微粉,在动态空气或氩气氛中的热稳定性及晶化过程,按照A(?)rami模型计算晶化反应的活化能,EAir=135kJ/mol,EAr=178kJ/mol;采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)为实验手段,分别测定在氧气氛中不同温度热处理后纳米锐钛矿晶粒或颗粒大小,结合晶粒大小与热处理温度的关系,计算晶粒生长活化能,Q1=78kJ/mol,Q2=52kJ/mol.
【Abstract】 TiO2 xerogel powders was prepared in the nonpolar solvent by sol-gel method. The thermal stability of TiO2 xerogel powders was investegated in Air or in Ar by TG-DTA, The crystallization processes of TiO2 xerogel powders, from amorphous to anatase, were studied in Air or in Ar by dynatic DTA, The crystallization activation energies were computed following Avrami model, EAir= 135kJ/ mol, JPAr= 178kJ/ mol. The grain growth behaviours of nanomet-er-anatase were analysed in O2 in the different temperature ranges by X-ray diffraction and TEM mothods, The activation energise of grain growth were calculated in terms of grain size varing with temperture, Q1=78kJ / mol, Q2 = 52kJ / mol.
