空气锤锤杆活塞断裂分析及其处理

【摘要】 对一台空气锤锤杆活塞的断裂进行分析,提出了处理方案,节省了费用,保证了正常生产。

【Abstract】 The major failure cause of hammer rod piston of a pneumatic hammer is analyzed according to fracture mechanics and a fixing scheme is Put forward in the paper. The cost and the time used in repairing the hammer are both reduced. Normal production is delayed at the minimum time.
