【Abstract】 Up to now, there are few reports mentioning the laparoscopic videocholecystectomy (L. C. )in the domestic. 5 of 453 cases who underwent the attemptof L. C. had serious complications owing to technique in our hospital from December 1991 to April 1993. Therefore, the article analyzed the prevention and treatment of the complication, and suggested much improvement of the operation. As aresult, there were not the postoperative compications in more than 423 cases following the lesson.更多还原
