比色法测量化学镀镍液中Ni2+浓度的A-C数学模型
An A-C Mathematical Model Used in Measuring Ni ̄(2+) Concentration by Colorimetric Method for Electroless Nickel Bath
【摘要】 通过数学分析的方法建立起化学镀镍液的A-C数学模型。本模型基于朗伯-比尔定律,成功地扣除了副产物对测量的干扰,使直接比色法适用于化学镀镍过程中Ni2+浓度的测定。
【Abstract】 Through mathematical analysis, this paper set up an A-C Mathematical model for measuring Ni2+ concentration in electroless nickel plating solution. Based on Lanber-Beer law, the disturbance of sub-products to the measurement has been successfully eliminated, so that the colorimetric method can be used in measuring Nickel solution during the automatic controlled process of electroless Nickel plating.Computers have been adopted in the experiment to fit curves and to deal with the data.
