【摘要】 分析了抗氧剂２２４６对ＢＲ的稳定化作用，并与抗氧剂２２４６的稳定效能进行了比较。结果表明，抗氧剂２２４６和抗氧剂２６４用量相同时，前者使ＢＲ的氧化诱导期延长，氧化温度提高，热氧老化性能改善，且耐候性、加工稳定性都明显变好。采用０．６％抗氧剂２２４６，即可达到或超过１．１％抗氧剂２６４的效能，并能满足ＢＲ贮存３ａ及在运输、加工过程中性能稳定不变的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The xtabilization of antioxidant 2246 in the production of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber (BR) was investigated and compared with that of antioxidant 264. The results showed that the BR containing antioxidant 2246 had higher oxidation temperature, longer oxidation induction period,more stable processing stability and better ability of thermal-oxidative aging and weathering resistance in contrasted with those Of BR containing the same amount of antioxidant 264.The BR containing 0.6% of antioxidant 2246 had better aging resistance ability than that of BR containing 1.1% antioxidant 264, and reached the requirement of stability in the store,transportation and processing of BR.更多还原
