高分辨X光光谱的数据处理
A Numerical Method for Obtaining High-Resolved X-Ray Spectra
【摘要】 给出一种高分辨光谱数据处理的普适方法,它利用博里叶反卷积、滤波等技术对谱仪记录的光谱进行还原,去除实验安排中的源加宽等因素对谱分辨率的影响;然后再进行非线性最小二乘法拟合,突破谱仪的光谱分辨率极限,求得光谱的精细结构.给出了数据处理软件的基本结构框图,及应用于镁的类H、类HeX光光谱求解证明了其有效性和实用性.
【Abstract】 A numerical method based on the techniques of inverse Fourier convolution and nonlinear least squear algorithm, etc. is presented for obtaining high-resolved spectra of radiation sources. This method can eliminate broadenings induced by radiation sources and spectrographs, and can improve the spetral resolution of spetrographs. As an example, the method is successfully applied to the analysis of laser plasma spectra of Mg ions recorded by pinhole crystal spetrograph.
