提高玉米叶片DNA提取液浓度的改良方法

【摘要】 讨论了２种提高玉米叶片ＤＮＡ提取液浓度的方法。选用生长点处的嫩叶，以及在加入异丙醇之前把样液置于-２０℃低温约１２ｈ，可以极显著地提高ＤＮＡ的浓度。

【Abstract】 Two methods for increasing the concentration of DNA extraction from corn leaves were discussed.Both choosing the tender leaves surrounding growing points and putting the sample extraction into the refrigerator(-20℃)about 12 hours before adding colded isopropanol,it could increase the DNA concentration significantly.
