【Abstract】 The fluorescence character of porphyrins, protin and porphyrin-protein complex was studied. It was observed that fluorescence sensitization excited by the wavelength light of 337, 365 and 405 nm was similar to the autofluorescence spectra induced by Ne, Xe laser light from malignant tumours tissues and excited by the wavelength light of 405 nm from cancerous patient serum. The relationship between the autofluoescence of malignant tumours and accumulation of porphyrins in malignant tomours was discussed.更多还原
