双向记忆合金的室温回复现象

【摘要】 本文研究了双向训练对双向记忆恢复率η_t的影响及双向记忆合金室温放置时的性能稳定性。结果表明,训练过程产生的缺陷对母相与马氏体(M)相形状恢复率有截然不同的影响,使得η_t随训练次数的增加,先增大,后又有所下降。合金经训练或热循环后在室温放置时,会产生性能的部分回复,使η_t升高后又下降,这可能与应力松弛有关。

【Abstract】 This paper investigated the influenceof two-way training on two-way memory recoveryratio(MRR)σ_t and property stability of trained al-lovs when laid at room temperature(RT).Itshows:Defects formed during training have a quitedifferent influence on parent phas e MRR andmartensitic phase MRR. As a result,η_t rises,thendescends with increasing number of training cycles.The property of the alloy which has undergonetraining or thermal cycling will restore partly whenlaid at RT:η_t rises, then descends,This may havea relation with stress relaxation.
