Pd/Ag纤维覆铜触点的制备及其金相组织

【摘要】 用AN_1/WS型铆钉机加工由挤压法和包套法制备Pd/Ag52纤维复铜触点,并进行微观结构剖析。指出挤压法更适用于AN_1/WS型铆钉生产复铜触点。寿命试验后微观结构剖析表明,触点在试验过程中始终保持纤维状态,不会明显形成固溶体合金。

【Abstract】 The Pd/Ag fiber-copper composite contact was prepared by the riveting machine of AN1/WS type with the methods of squeeze-press and casing pipe. The microstructure of the contacts was studied,and it was indicated that the method of squeeze-press was more adapted to produce contact with riveting machine.It was suggested by the analysis of microst-ructure that the Pd/Ag composites maintained as fiber during the tests,it doesn’t obviously form solid solution.
