羟基脲致“阳虚”大鼠代谢变化的实验研究

【摘要】 采用3月龄SD雄性大鼠16只,随机分为对照组和羟基脲组.施行相应处理3个月后,探讨羟基脲对大鼠体重、肌肉及内脏器官、微量元素、T3及T4和皮质骨的影响.结果显示羟基脲组的体重减少了12.5%;肌肉萎缩,内脏重量减轻,尤以肝、肺和睾丸(分别减少了12.5、32.8%及48.2%)为甚;微量元素中CU含量增加了22.87%;T4增加了81.41%;胫骨中段的密质骨变薄,骨髓腔扩大,出现骨吸收大于形成的骨高转化率.本文提示羟基脲可使动物出现虚损表现及骨质疏松症.

【Abstract】 In the experimental study, sixteen male Sprague-Dawley rats at 3 months of age were chosen. They were divided, by random, into control and hydroxyurea groups which was administered for a 3-months period. Effects on rat weights, muscle, internal organs, trace elements, T3, T4 and cortical bone by hydroxyurea were studied. The results show that the weights were decreased to 12. 5%, the muscles were stunted, the weihgts of visceral organs were reduced, of which the liver, lungs and testes were respectively decreased to 12. 5%, 32. 8% and 48. 2% , the content of Cu and T4 in serum were separately increased to 22. 87% and 81. 41%, corical bone loss and marrow area enlarging occured, shown high bone turnover which bone resorbing exceed bone forming in hydroxyurea group, as compared with control. These data indicated hydroxyurea induced the symptoms of weakness and ostioporo-sis in male rats.
