【摘要】 本文采用场离子显微镜原子探针实验技术，对一种马氏体时效钢（Ｆｅ－１８．２％Ｎｉ－８．８％Ｃｏ－－２．９％Ｍｏ－０．７％Ｔｉ－０．２％Ｓｉ）的时效析出产物进行了研究。实验研究了该合金在５１０℃时效４ｈ所产生析出物的形貌与成分，发现有两种金属间化合物相（Ｎｉ＿３Ｔｉ与Ｆｅ＿７Ｍｏ＿６型）产生时效强化，在时效组织中还存在有少量回复奥氏体。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractAgeing precipitation prodncts in a maraging steel(Fe18.2%Ni8.8%Co2.9% Mo0.7% Ti0.2%Si have been stndied using atom probe field-ion microscopy in the current work.The morpbology and composition of the precipitates in the alloy aged at 5l0℃ for 4h have been experimentally in-vestigated.Two families of interlnetallic compound phases（Fe₇Mo₆ and Ni₃Ti）have been found to contribute to age-hardening.A small amount of reverted austenite is also present in the aged Structure.更多还原
