弯扭组合变形主应力的脆性涂层法测试技术

【摘要】 采用脆性涂层法定量分析技术测定矩形截面梁在弯扭组合变形时的主应力大小和方位。结果表明,定量分析所获得的数据具有较高的测试精度,实验值与理论值的相对误差小于5%。

【Abstract】 Analysing technique in numerical quantities of the brittle-coating method is applied in the paper. The dimension and orientation of the principal stress of a rectangle beam are determined at the time when the combined action is bending and twisting. The results show that, by this technique, the data obtained is of fairly high precision. Its relative error of testing and theoretic values is less than 5%.
