快速测定构件疲劳极限可靠性的探讨

【摘要】 用两组不同终加工方法的试件进行快速测定疲劳极限,以考察快速法测定试件疲劳极限的可靠性,利用lgNp=ap+bplgS计算材料在不同可靠度下的疲劳极限。试验结果表明,用快速法确定试件的疲劳极限有较好的准确性。

【Abstract】 The paper proposes two sets of specimens in different final cold working methods for determining the fatigue limit by accelerated fatigue test. The reliabitity of this method is appraised. The fatigue limit of material in different reliabilities is caculated by lgNP=ap+bplgs. It was confirmed by experiments that fatigue limit of specimens might be determined according to this method, which has no substantial difference between the values of the fatige limit.
