茶水中多元素化学形态的同时分析
Simultancous Analysis of Multi-element Specia-tions in Tea Extract
【摘要】 本工作建立了分离和测定茶水中Al、Mn、Mg、Zn及Fe的化学形态的方法。茶水中金属元素的各化学形态经高效液相色谱分离后,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱在线检测Mn、Mg、Zn、Fe,用石墨炉原子吸收非在线测定Al。结果表明,茶水中Al等金属元素一部分以无机离子形式存在,另一部分则以有机络合物形式存在。实验发现当以Al、Mn、Mg、Zn、Fe的儿茶素络合物作为标准物质时,HPLC上的保留时间恰好与茶水中Al等金属元素的有机形态的保留时间一致。可推断茶水中Al等金属元素的有机形态可能主要以黄酮类化合物,特别是儿茶素的络合物形式存在。
【Abstract】 Amethod is developed for the separation and i-dentification different species of Al,Mn,Mg,Zn andFein tea extract.Metal species were separated byhigh performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)andOn-line determined with inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry for Mn,Mg,Zn and Fe,as well as off-line determined with graphite furnaceatomic absorption spectrometry for Al.The results in-dicated that metals were differentiated as inorganicand organic species。Complexes of Al,Mn,Mg,Zn andFe with matechine were employed as standards. It wasfoundthat retentiondmes of the organic metal specieshtea extract are almost the same as those of thestandard catechine complexes of Al,Mn,Mg,Zn andFe. It is therefore concluded that the organic speciesof Al,Mg,Mn,Zn and Fe in tea extract are most like-ly in the forms of their flavonoid type complexes,es-pecially of catechine complexes。
