【Abstract】 A method based on rapid IP-HPLC separation and spectrophotometric determination of trace Cu, Co, Mn and Zn is proposed. Chelating reactions of meso-tetra (4-sul-fophenyD-porphyrin （TPPS₄） with Cu⁺², Co⁺², Mn⁺² and Zn²⁺ have been optimized by catalyzing with Hg^2- and in the presence of pyridine. MnTPPS₄, CoTPPS₄, ZnTPPS₄ and CuTPPS₄ were separated within 12 min, and detected at 425 nm. The detection limits (× 10^-3 μg/ml) are 0. 42, 0. 28, 0. 23 and 0. 09 for Cu, Co, Mn and Zn, respectively.更多还原
