B2型Fe3Al金属间化合物的高温氧化行为
THE HIGH TEMPERATURE OXIDATION BEHAVIOR OF Fe3Al ALLOY
【摘要】 研究了Fe3Al、Fe3Al(Cr))两种合金在600℃、750℃、950℃的静态氧化行为及其750℃的周期氧化行为,分析了相应的氧化膜结构和形貌,探讨了氧化膜的成长机理。结果表明,由于高温下Fe3Al基金属间化合物表面形成一层致密的A12O3氧化膜而具有优良的抗氧化性能。在950℃高温时,具有比1Cr13不锈钢好得多的抗氧化性能。2at%Cr的加入有利于稳定的α-Al2O3的形成。750℃以下,Fe3Al(Cr)合金的氧化增重低于Fe3Al,前者的氧化膜为纯α-Al2O3,而后者的还含有少量的γ-Al2O3及α-Fe2O3。温度提高到950℃,Fe3Al的氧化膜则变成全部由α-Al2O3所组成。氧化膜剥落后新的致密氧化膜在基体上又迅速形成是优良抗氧化性能在高温得以维持的重要原因。
【Abstract】 The oxidation behaviour of iron aluminides in dry air has been investigated,including isothermal oxidation at 600℃,75O℃,950℃ and cyclic oxidation at 750℃.The structure of the scale was identified by means of X-ray diffraction,while the morphology of the scale was observed by SEM.The growth mechanism of the scale layers is discusssed.The experimental results indicate that Fe3Al alloys Chromium addition of 2at%to Fe3Al promotes the formation of X-Al 2O3.TheOxidation weight gains of FE3Al(Cr)below 750℃ are wer than of Fe3Al.The oxide scale of Fe3Al.The oxide scale of Fe3Al(Cr)alloy consists of x-Al2O3 ,whle the scale of Fe3Al contains small amount of У-Al2O3 and x-Fe2O3 will transform into x-Al2O3 with temperature increasing from 650℃ to 950℃.The experimental resulis also indicate that the rapid re-formation of aluminia scale after spalling of the initial oxide is an important factor for keeping the excellent oxidation resistance of Fe3Al based alloys.
