新化学发光试剂氟磺酸9.10—二甲基吖啶测定钴的研究
Study on Determination of Cobalt with a New Chemiluminescent Reagent 9,10-Dimethyl Acridinium Fluorosulfonate
【摘要】 研究了钴催化氟磺酸9.10-二甲基吖啶的化学发光特性。建立了测定Co2的化学发光新方法。方法线性范围为1×10-10~1×10-7g/ml;检测限为5.0×10-11g/mlCo2+。测定5×10-9g/ml Co2+的相对标准偏差为6.0%。方法可应用于自来水、江水、池塘水中痕量钴的测定。
【Abstract】 The characteristics of cobalt catalysis chemiluminescence of 9, 10-dimethyl acridinium fluorosulfonate are studied in a basic aqueous H2O2 solution. A new chemiluminescence method for determing cobalt in tap water, river water and lake water has been established. Linear calibration range is 1.0×10-10~1.0×10-7g/ml. The detection limits is 5. 0×10-11g/ml. RSD is 6.0% for 5.0×10-9g/mL Co2+.
