压辊偏心法消除电池壳复压失稳

【摘要】 LR20高能电池复压时压制方大,易造成电池壳失稳起皱.本文提出了设置偏心压辊消除失稳的方法,为复压机的设计提出了新的设计思想.

【Abstract】 The pressure used in second pressing for LR20 alkaline-manganese battery is high and often cause the battery can out of balance and crumpled. A method of how to arrange eccentric rollers to remove the can crumpling is presented, so a new design thought is put forward -for the press design.
