电力系统联网规划优化模型
Optimal Model for the Planning of Interconnection between Electric Systems
【摘要】 本文首先对电力系统间联网的效益和联网净效益与联络线容量的关系,作了扼要分析,并在此基础上提出了联网规划优化模型。模型考虑了系统间的水电出力调整、两系统运行的优化、连络网络的合理选择、两系统联网所带来的可靠性提高等多方面问题。本文对模型的总体框图和各个子模块作了扼要阐述,并对模型的实际应用作了介绍。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the benefit and problems of interconnection between power systems as well as the relation be-tween the net benefit of system connection and capability of tie lines are briefly analyzed.Based on the analysis,theoptimal model is suggested.The regulation of the average output of hydrostations in connected power systems,theoptimization of power system operation,the optimal selection for the schemes of interconnection networks,thebenefit of enhancing the reliability of power systems are considered in the model.The flow chart of the model com-putation and the principle of some submodels are described.A brief exposition of the application of this model tosome power systems is given。
