【Abstract】 In this paper digital control of variable frequency drive system fed by high carrier frequency SPWM converter is researched,which uses the power MOSFET as main swithch. A control plan which uses INTEL 8031 and SLE4520 is presented. The hardware,the control algorithm and the software of the control system are discussed, and the experimental results are given.更多还原
