【Abstract】 The three brccd varieties anthers of variant fertility of citron daylily(Hemerocallis citrina),in cluding Gaoting daylily,Malian daylily and Shayuan daylily and one species of orange daylily(H.fulve) were examined.The pollen activity and the plasmic membrane permeability of antherwere dertermined by conductance and ultroviolet absorption methods.The results show that theanther fertility is positive correlation with pollen activity and plasmic membrane permeability.更多还原
