【摘要】 报道了利用乳状液膜对高浓度青霉素在常温、弱酸性（ｐＨ＝６）条件下进行分离提取的研究。实验表明，青霉素的一次提取率达９０％以上，与通常使用的分离方法──溶媒转移法相比此法具有作用时间短，操作简单，青霉素损失少等优点，这为工业上应用液膜法进行青霉素的分离提取提供了一种可行性的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reports the study of the extraction of high concentration Penicillin with liquid membrane under usual temperature and weak acid (pH=6).The experiment shows that the coefficient of Penicillin extraction for one time gets over 90 percent.Compared with solvent transfer method, it has such advantages as saving time.Simplifying operation and reducing loss of Penicillin.It provides a possibility for separation and extraction of penicillin with liquid membrane method in industry.更多还原
