活性对电导法测量木材含水率的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF WOOD CELL ACTIVITY ON MOISTURE CONTENT MEASUREMENT BY ELECTRIC RESISTANCE
【摘要】 电导法测量木材含水率是最简便的测定法,但其精度较低。本文采用直流电桥和交流电桥对细胞活性程度不同的木材直流电阻和交流阻抗进行测量。指出了木材细胞的活性程度对其电阻和阻抗有明显的影响,在相同合水率下,活木和死木的电阻和阻抗也有很大差异。并通过植物的电路模型探讨了活性度对木材舍水率测量的影响机理,为改进电导式木材含水率测量仪提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 One of the simplest way of measuring moisure contents is electric resistance method.Bat the problem of this method is low moisture content accuracy.The electric bridges of A.C.and D.C.are used to measure the electric resistances of wood under different wood cell activity in the research.The results show that cell actvity influences greatly on the measured electric resistance and conductivity,thus resulting different moisture measurements even under the same moisture content with different cell activity. The paper also tried to explain the innuence process of wood cell activity on the electric resistance measurements by referring to the electric model of plant and contributed to the theory of improving wood moisture content instrument.
