铝-铜火焰钎焊材料研究
Experimental Research on Torch Brazing Solder for Al-Cu Joint Welding
【摘要】 研制了铝基钎料LA2、LA3,锌基钎料LZ1、LZ2(LZ1是用于对比分析的标准钎料HL501)4种铝-铜钎焊材料通过对这些钎料及其钎焊接头的性能测试和组织成分分析认为LZ2是一种较为理想的铝-铜火焰钎焊材料。
【Abstract】 Two kinds of aluminium alloy brazing solders, LA2, LA3, and two kinds of zinc alloy solders, LZ1, LZ2, for Al-Cu joint welding are developed. Among the four solders the experiments show: the LZ1 solder is a standard solder for comparative analysis; the LZ2 is an ideal solder suitable for Al-Cu joint welding. The results were obtained through testing the performance and anaylzing the structure and the components of both the solder itself and the brazing joint.
