嗜热优雅粘囊藻的生长、放氧和超微结构
The Growth,Oxygen Evolution and Ultrastructure of Thermophilic Myxosarcina Concinna Printz
【摘要】 从温泉分离出一种嗜热蓝藻。它的生长最适温度为45℃。在饱和光及45一47℃中藻的光合放氧活性可达450μmolO_2.mgchla ̄(-1)·hr ̄(-1)。在黑暗中藻的呼吸和放氢的最适温度都在47℃。电子显微镜相片显示,藻细胞中类囊体十分发达,它连接着藻胆体,并包围着核质、多角体和蓝藻颗粒体。
【Abstract】 A thermophilic blue- green alga Myxosarcina concinna Printz was isolated from hot spring.The optimum temperature for its growth is at 45℃.In saturated light and 45~47℃ its photosynthetic Oxygen evolution activity can reach as high as 450μmol O2· mgchla ̄(-1)· hr ̄(-1).The optimum temperatures for its respiration and hydrogen evolution are at 47℃ in the dark. Electron microscopic photographs show well developed thylakoids with phycobilisomes attached and surrounding the nucle-oplasm,polygonal body and cyanophycin in the algal cells.
