【Abstract】 The appropriate transfer of rural labor force is the prerequisite of , and the prosperity of township enterprises is the key for the coordinated development of rural and urban economy.The first and main channel of transfer of rural labor force is to township enterprises. The second is to the sectors of forestry,animal husbandry, side line production and fisllery.
