【摘要】 本文报告我科自１９８９年３月至１９９４年３月外科手术治疗妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者３０例。提出了术前、中、后的处理方法及注意事项；强调术前常规检测血糖、尿糖、尿酮等的重要性和合理调整使用胰岛素的用量。本组病例均能顺利、安全完成手术，无一例因手术治疗因素诱发其他并发症。并认为糖尿病与妇科肿瘤可能存在着内在环境的相互关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 PatIents of gynaecologicaI tumor with diabetes treated by sur-sery from March,1989 to March, 1994 were analysed. This article emphasized the pre-operational determination of blood sugar, urine sugar and urine ketone,and the rationaluse of insuline in the pre-operative, mid-operative and post-operative period.
