多效唑、ABA对番茄叶片膜脂过氧化的影响
Effect of Paclobutrazol and ABA on Lipid Peroxidation of Tomato Leaves
【摘要】 本文探讨了多效唑(PP333)、ABA对番茄叶片衰老过程中叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量的影响,以及它们对正在生长的番茄叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、雨二醛(MDA)含量和SOD同工酶的影响。结果表明:多效唑能延缓番茄叶片衰老,而ABA则促进衰老;ABA、多效唑均能促进正在生长的番茄叶片SOD活性上升,丙二醇含量下降,但SOD同工酶谱没有改变。
【Abstract】 The effect of Paclobutrazol (PP333) and ABA on leaf senescence as well as the activity of SOD and content of Malondidehyde (MDA) was stUdied in this paper with tomato. The results indicated that PP333reduced the loss of chlorophyll and protein during aging, PP,,, and ABA increased the SOD activity and MDA content of tomato growing leavhs. Isozyme spectra of SOD were different.
