【Abstract】 The successfully production of Large—size, thin—wall complicated Aluminium alloy casting were conducted with the acid—hardening resin—bonded sand. The foundry technology of green sand molding and the S202 intermittent sand mixer were employed. This paper includes three aspects: (1) The technology test of resin—bonded sand; (2)The manufacture of mold and core; (3)Some problem affecting the properties of resin—bonded sand and its preventing measures.更多还原
