狗肝功能衰竭模型的制备

【摘要】 采用四氯化碳腹腔注射,辅以营养控制的方法造成狗肝硬化,然后在此基础上静脉滴注氨基半乳糖,制备了肝功能衰竭的动物模型。该模型形成后的动物表现、实验室检查指标、组织学改变与临床常见的肝功能衰竭相似。并认为该方法制作的肝衰模型具有形成率高、形成时间短和无须手术的优点,适宜于作肝移植研究用。

【Abstract】 The canine liver cirrhosis was induced by the intraperitoneal administration of carbon tetra chloride (CCL4) and the control of dietary intake. On the basis of the canine liver cirrhosis, a model of hepatic failure was established by injection of galactoramine intravenously. The presentation, laboratory and histological findings of the animal model were similar to those seen in the situation of the clinical hepatic failure. The model was constructed without the necessity of undergoing surgical procedure and established in a comparatively short time (only 8 weeks), 92.9% of animals could develope hepatic failure. Therefore, the model can be used as an ideal model of the receipient of the experimental liver transplantation.
