【摘要】 应用二维超声心动图检查出39例心脏囊虫病。对病程短抗囊治疗前的患者超声检查,心脏囊虫病多表现为囊性液性暗区,仔细探查其内可见到强回声光点(囊虫头节),此为诊断心脏囊虫病的特征性表现。对病程长且经过多疗程治疗后的患者,多表现为强回声光点反射,这是囊虫钙化的表现。结果显示,囊虫可在心脏多部位寄生。心脏症状、心电图异常与囊虫在心脏寄生有关.39例中有心脏症状者35例(89.7％);有心电图异常者24例(61.5％)。对22例心电图异常者治疗前后动态观察,有13例好转或恢复正常,说明心脏囊虫病通过灭囊治疗大多数有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty - nine patients with heart - cysticercosis were detectted by two - dimensional e- chocardiography (2DE). Cystic liquid areas with hyperechoic spots (scolex of Cysticercus cellulosae)were found in most untreated cases with short case history,which were considered to be the characteristic of the disease. Spotty hyperechoic area(calcified Cysticercus cellulosae )often occured in cases with a long case history and treated for many courses of treatment. The results show that Cysticercus cellulosae may parasitize in various parts of the heart. Symptoms of heart disorder as well as abnormalities in electrocardiogram (ECG) were associated with Cysticercus cellulosae in the heart. Of the 29 cases with heart - cysticercosis 35 (89. 9%) had symptoms of heart disorder and 24 (61. 5%) showed abnormalities of ECG. Dynamic observation on 22 cases with abnormal ECG showed that in 13 of them the abnormalities were improved or returned to normal after treatment. This indicated that the therapy was effective in most cases with heart - cysticercosis.更多还原
