【摘要】 1987～1988年,在金乡县采取广泛深入地卫生宣传,分层抽样调查,找出高发点和高危人群,同时对犬、猫、猪等保虫宿主进行调查;对华支睾吸虫病流行重点村人群进行系统防治的措施。结果经重点村考核,人群感染率由防治前的2.7％降为1.0％,全县有95％的自然村感染率下降至1％以下,感染度亦明显下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 During 1987 to 1988 an extensive antiparasitic propaganda was carried out in Jin xiang County;high endemic areas and heavy infected communities were selected through the strat- ifictation samplling survey, Meanwhile, an investigation on reservoir hosts among the dog,cat,pig etc was done also. Bases on that systematic control measures were practised in demonstration vil- lages in hyperendemic areas of clonorchiasis. As the result , the re -examination in the selected demonstration villages shows that the infection rate of clonorchiasis in the population dropped down to 1.0%, compared with 2. 7% before control, the infective rate in 95% natural villages in the county dropped down to less than 1 % and the infectiosity decreased also remarkablly.更多还原
