【摘要】 本文报道近13年来40例妊娠期肾病综合征(其中5例双胎),该病与生殖免疫有关,属Ⅲ型变态反应,是妊高征的特殊类型。临床表现除妊高征外,还具有肾病综合征三高一低的诊断指标,其症状与妊高征难以鉴别。并对1979～1990年(23例)及1991～1992年(17例)两个时期的诊治作了比较,由于对该病提高了认识减少了漏诊,在治疗上提出了合理的措施,一旦胎儿成熟及时终止妊娠,使围产儿病死率从518.5‰降至277.8‰,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。随着妊娠的终止病情获得了缓解,多数能恢复正常,这样可改善围产期的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty cases of nephrotic syndrome in pregnancy were reported (including 5 cases of twin pregnancies). This disease is associated with reproductive immunology and belongs to type Ⅲ allergic reaction. It is also a special type of EPH-syndrome. In addition to the characteristic of EPH--syndrome, it also presents the criteria for the diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome clinically and is difficult to make differential diagnosis. This paper compared the diagnosis and treatment of the cases in group I (1979--1990, 23 cases) with group Ⅱ(1991--1992,17 cases), Because of the improved recognition of the disease, rational treatment and timely termination of pregnancy, the perinatal mortality has been reduced from 518.5‰ to 277.8‰(P<0.01).
