【Abstract】 The fixation of the number of staff members of an institution of higher learn- ing is an important step in deepening the educational reform, but in practice some problems still inevitable, arise, especially these concerning the "redundencies" which calls for more ex- tensive study and discussion so that proper arrangements can be made for the placement of them and consequently, the educational reform can proceed on a safer basis.更多还原
