牡蒿化学成分的研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Japanese Wormwood(Artemisia japonica)
【摘要】 从菊科植物牡蒿Artemisia japonica中分离并鉴定了12种成分,即β-香树脂醇、三十烷酸、β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、7,8-二甲氧基香豆素、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素、茵陈色原酮、8,4′-二羟基-3,7,2′-三甲氧基黄酮、3,5-二羟基-6,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮、桂皮酸、对甲氧基苯甲酸和阿魏酸。除6,7-二甲氧基香豆素和β-谷甾醇外,其余10种成分均为首次从该植物中分得。
【Abstract】 Twelve compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Artemisia japonica Thunb. They were identified as β-amyrin, triacontanoic acid, β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, 7,8-dimethoxycoumarin, 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin, capillarisin, 8,4’-dihydroxy-3,7,2’-trimethoxyflavone, 3, 5-dihydroxy-6,7,3’,4’-tetramethoxyflavone, cinnamic acid, p-methoxy-benzene carboxylie acid and ferulic acid based on rap, UV, IR, 1H, 13CNMR, APT and HETCOR spectra. All the compounds were isolated from this Plant for the first time except 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin and β sitosterol.
