氩激光小梁成形术联合房角成形术治疗慢性闭角青光眼的临床研究

【摘要】 用氩激光小梁成形术联合房角成形术治疗慢性闭角青光眼13例15眼(大多属晚期病例),随访5～7月,平均眼压下降1.62kPa,64.3%的治疗眼眼压低于2.79kPa,且房角普遍增宽,视力及视野无恶化者,随访期间未发现严重并发症,表明该治疗方法是可行的。

【Abstract】 A prospective trial of argon laser trabeculoplasty (ALT) with argon laser gonioplasty (ALG) in chronic angle-closure glaucoma (CACG) was undertaken. The method was used to treat 15 eyes of 13 patients (4 men and 9 women) with CACG. The follow-up period was 5 to 7 months. Finally, 64.3% of the eyes maintained an IOP less than 21mmHg without medication. The average IOP reduction was 12.2mmHg. No serious complication was found during or after the treatment. The results of the study shows the combined laser procedures are safe and effective in chronic close angle glaucoma.
