大孔交联丙烯醛—苯乙烯型树脂的研究——Ⅱ.水杨酰腙螯合树脂的合成及其应用
Study on Macroporous Crosslinked Polyacrolein-Styrol Resin Ⅱ. Synthesis of Salicylic Hydrazon Resin and Its Chelating Properties for Au~3 + and Pd~2+ Ions
【摘要】 本文通过交联聚丙烯酸与水杨酰胼反应制得水杨酰脘树脂I.树脂I对Au3+的吸附容量最高达1.92mmol/g(378mgAu3+/g),对Pd2+为0.48mmol/g(51mgPd2+/g).吸附在树脂上的Au3+和Pd2+可以用硫脲酸性溶液洗脱.回收率分别为99.5%和97.9%.
【Abstract】 A macroporous polyacrolein-salicylic hydrazon resin (Ⅰ) has been prepared by the reaction of 4.5% DVB crosslinked polyacrolein-styrol with salicylic hydrazin. The resin ( Ⅰ ) have adsorption capacity of 1.97mmol Au3+/g ( 378mg Au8+/g ) and 0.48mmol Pd2+/g ( 51mg Pd2+/g ) determined by the static method after contacting with the solution of HAuCU and PdCU (pH = l) for 24h. The gold and palladium ions adsorbed on the resin ( Ⅰ ) can be eluted by aqueous thiourea-HCl solution with the recovery of 99.5% for Au and 97.9% for Pd.
