【摘要】 应用斜视调整缝线术,可减少术后短期的欠矫或过矫,以提高手术一次成功率。本文回顾了在本院进行的斜视调整缝线术180例,其中76例追踪时间在半年以上,在末次检查时,67例(88.16％)眼位正(欠/过矫≤10~Δ),仅2例再手术,再手术率为2.63％,由此可见,斜视调整缝线术仍为一安全,可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adjustable strabismus surgery promotes the success rate of the first operation by adjusting the immediate postoperative over-or under-correction. 76 cases were followed up for 6 months or more and 67 cases(88.2％) achieved orthophoria (over/under correction≤10~Δ), with only 2 cases that needed reoperation. The authors regard the adjustable suture procedure as a safe and reliable modality of strabismus correction.更多还原
