我国28个小麦品种抗叶锈基因的推导

【摘要】 本项研究根据寄主-病原物相互作用的低侵染型首次分析了我国28个小麦品种(系)抗叶锈病基因的状况。在供试的18个基因中,推导出了Lr1、Lr2c、Lr3a、Lr10、Lr16、Lr26等6个基因,分布在12个小麦品种(系)中。龙麦12、蒙杂7987、泉麦1号和泉麦891279含有Lr16基因;克丰3号、宁8675具有Lr3a和Lr10基因;皖宿8623、中梁7553携带有Lr3a和Lr26基因;莆田8707和贵州8653c2携带有Lr3a、Lr10、Lr26等3个基因;徐州8785和内麦6号分别携带Lr1和Lr2c基因,前者还可能具有Lr3a、Lr10和Lr26基因。12个品种(系)具有不同于本研究所用单基因系的未知基因;4个品种(系)不具有这些单基因系所具有的抗叶锈基因。本文还对两种抗病基因研究方法的优缺点及基因推导法的可靠性进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The presence of gene(s) for resistance to leaf rust in 28 Chinese wheat werefirstly analyzed by the use of low infection type produced by host- pathogen interactions. Sixgenes: Lr1, Lr2c, Lr3a, Lr10, Lr16 and Lr26 of the 18 tested Lr genes were postu-lated as being present in 12 cultivars (or lines), either alone or in combination.Longmai 12, Mongzha 7987, Quanmai 1 and Quanmai 891279 possessed Lr16;Kefeng 3, Ning 8675 possessed Lr3a and Lr10; Wansu 8623, Zhongliang 7553 pos-sessed Lr3a and Lr26; Putian 8707, Guizhou 8653C2 possessed lr3a, Lr10 and Lr26etc; Xuzhou 8785, Neimai 6 possessed Lr1 and Lr2c respectively, perhaps the formeralso possessed Lr3a, Lr10 and Lr26. 12 cultivars (or lines)possessed Lr gene(s) for re-sistance other than those studied. No Lr genes for resistance were detected in 4cultivars (or lines). The merits and demerits of two approaches for gene analysis andthe ieliability of the postulated genes were also discussed
