汞对小麦幼苗细胞超微结构的影响

【摘要】 本文以丰抗2号小麦为材料,运用溶液培养法和电镜技术,观察了汞对小麦幼苗细胞超微结构的影响,并从超微水平讨论了汞对小麦生长发育和生理化过程的影响。

【Abstract】 This paper, based on wheat seeding Feng Kang No.2, using the method of clation culture and electron microscope technology, studies the effect of mercury on the cell ultrastructural changes of wheat seedling, and discusses the effect of mercury on the normal growth and development of wheat seedling, the physiological and biochemical processes in wheat seedling from the point of view of ultrastructure level.
