水平旋转刺激对机体若干生理指标的影响

【摘要】 本文通过超声多普勒仪、视深度测定仪、闪光融合阈值测定仪、神经过程测定仪以及遥测心率计,测试了48名18—20岁男性受试者在安静时相、接受水平旋转刺激时相、旋转后的恢复时相的血流动力学指标、视功能指标和神经肌肉系统机能指标。实验结果表明:体育运动能有效地提高机体反应速度和肌肉运动速度。受试者接受水平旋转刺激后其反射时和运动时都明显延长。此外,水平旋转刺激对心功能具有正变时效应和正变力效应影响,使其心率增快,心肌收缩力增强,升主动脉血流加速度峰值显著提高。旋转刺激后受试者视功能指标有轻微的变化。实验未发现球类、散打、径赛等项目对前庭功能稳定性有良性促进作用。实验表明,旋转刺激对机体神经过程和植物性功能有明显的影响,提示与之有关的运动项目应对前庭功能稳定性训练予以重视。

【Abstract】 Using Doppler’s ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus, visual depth tester, flicker fusion threshold value tester, nervimotor activity tester, and heart rate micvocomputer tester PE 3000, the indexes of hemodynamics, visual function, neuromuscular function of 48 subjects aged from d18-20 male had been examinded as the resting state, and the HRS, and the recovery period. Results showed: Physical training raised the speed of organic response and muscular action. After the HRS, the reflex time and move-merit time of the subject had been prolonged obviously. In addition, the HRS had a influences of positive inotropic action and positive chronotropic action upon cardiac contractility, heightening peak value of blood flow acceleration of ascending aorta. After the HRS, light changes had taken place in the indexes of visual function of the subject. NOt yet showed in the experiment: ball games, track event and San Da were benign anxo-actions for the stability of vestibular function. The experiment displayed: the HRS had a great influence upon organic nervimotor activity and vegetative nervous function. And pointed to: the events relate to vestibular function must pay attention to the train of vestibular functional stability.
