游标式磁阻电动机的磁场计算

【摘要】 游标式磁阻电动机广泛应用于工业自动化领域。根据不同的供电电源,可作为步进电动机或低速同步电动机使用。游标式磁结构的场计算已经是一个大规模场计算问题,至今尚未找到有效的、并为电动机设计部门所接受的工程计算方法。为计算游标式双开槽磁结构的磁场,本文提出一种连续齿层场模型。采用该模型计算磁场,所需机时可大为缩短。在一台工业上大量生产的游标式磁阻电动机上的试验结果表明,用本方法得到的电动机性能与测量数据非常接近。

【Abstract】 Vernier-type reluctance motors are widely used in industrial auto- mation. According to different types of supplies, they can be used as stepping motors or low-speed synchronous motors. Field Computation of vernier type ma- gnetic structures has already become a large scale field computation problem, which has not yet been solved efficiently nor been acceptable in motor design practice. A continuous tooth-layer field model for computing the magnetic field of verni- er-type doubly-slotted magnetic structures is presented in the paper. By using the continuous tooth layer model, the field computation time required may be greatly reduced. Test results on a commercial vernier-type reluctance motor indicate that the predicted performace obtained by the present field computation method is in good agreement with those of the measured data.
