【摘要】 用地高辛标记HBV-DNA探针原位杂交技术检测了25例肝细胞性肝癌组织内HBV-DNA的分布状态。结果表明,25例中原位杂交阳性者20例(80%),有HBV血清学标志的23例中,19例癌组织原位杂交阳性(82.6%)。无HBV血清学标志的2例中,癌组织有1例原位杂交阳性。HBV-DNA在癌细胞内的分布以核内为主,也可见于胞浆中,因而可能有整合型和复制型两种形式。提示HBV感染与肝癌的发生发展密切相关,慢性HBV感染可能成为致癌或促癌的重要因素。

【Abstract】 Digoxigenin labeled HBV-DNA probe was used detecting andlocalizing HBV-DNA in 25 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)surgicalspecimens by the technique of in situ hybridization.The positive rate of insitu hybridization was 80%(20/25)in all the specimens and 82.6%(19/23)in the specimens from serological markers positive patients.The positive rateof serological markers was 92%(23/25),In the cells of HCC,HBV-DNAmainly localized in nucleus,there may be two types of HBV infection,theintegration type and replication type.Because of the high rate of HBV in-fection in HCC patients and high rate of HBV-DNA positive in HCC speci-mens,we support that chronic HBV infection is closely relate to occurrenceand development of HCC by direct or indirect actions.We also discussed therelationship among the results of in situ hybridization,serum HBV-DNAdetection and serological markers HBV in HCC patients.
