【摘要】 本文采用双育法对不同药物治疗螨性酒渣鼻的效果作了观察,通过分组比较,确定了“百特一Ⅲ”治疗效果,其治愈率大于70％。“百特一Ⅲ”治疗组与其他各组比较(肤螨杀定、10％甲硝达唑、土霉素),疗效均有显著性差别(P<0.01)。因此认为该药值得临床推广应用。本文同时讨论了螨性酒渣鼻的诊断和疗效判定标准,对酒渣鼻诊治有一定的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Observations on various therapeutic efficacies against acarorosacea by double-blind method were described.The efficacy for "Better-III", with acurative of 70% or more, was well established through comparisons between groups.The "Better-III" group, while compared with the other groups (Demodicidin, 10% metronidazole, terramycin ) showed distinctive curative effect ( p<0.01 ). So the medicine is worth recommending clinically.Meanwhile the diagnosis and efficacy criteria of acarorosasea were discussed, which has some referential value to the case.更多还原
