【摘要】 1989—1992年对金针菇优良菌株筛选,播期比较和培养料的优化组合等进行了一系列试验。筛选出适于塑料大棚、地道栽培的优良菌株有F₁₆、F₁₁和F₁₄。塑料大棚栽培金针菇的最佳播期在10月中旬至12月中旬;地道内的适栽期为9月中旬至翌年2月。能栽培金针菇的培养料比较广泛,以棉壳85%,麸皮10%,玉米粉3%,糖1%,石膏1%组成的配方产量高、质量好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through three years (from 1989 to 1992) of selecting better flammulina velutipes strains, comparing sowing times, optimizing combination and other systematic experiments, three elite strains suitable for cultivation in plastic shed and tunnel had been picked out. They were F16, F11 and F14. The best period to culture flammulina velutipes in plastic shed was form the middle of October to the middle of December and that in tunnel was from September to January of the next year. The materials which could be used to culture the flammulina velutipes were quite plentiful. However, the materials consisting of 85% cotton-seed shell, 10% wheat skin, 3% corn grain crumb, 1% sugar and 1% gypsum would produce more and better flammulina velutipes. The average biological efficiency was 98% and the high quality flammulina velutipes made up 40% of the total.更多还原
